Made with vibrant fresh red Fire Flame chillies, garlic and Black Summer Truffles, this is our interpretation of a truffle infused buffalo style sauce.
If you like the earthy umami of truffles, you'll love this cheeky little delight. Not overpowering in taste, but the flavour lingers on the palate, and a mild heat to compliment the bold flavours contained within. Great slathered over wings, eggs, pizza and chips. Drizzle over your pan fried oyster mushrooms, mix in with mayo, or slather over thick cheese sarnie.
