Soy, Habanero, Anaheim, Roast Tomato and Ginger... though we couldn't come up with a funny name that had the "G" in it as well!
This was created as a NEUK producers challenge, and won the Jalapeno/Habanero category. So it's very fair to say we're pretty chuffed with it!
The combination of soy and ginger, brings a distinctive Asian influence to the flavour, but with a combination of Roast tomatoes, sugar and a tickle of heat from the Habaneros, this product applies itself well to a broad range of cuisines. It's great on a cheese sarnie, tossed in with some noodles, or mixed in with some pan fried mince and served with rice and green beans
