Pear Chilli Chutney
Sweet and tangy, with an undertone of ginger.
Great with cooked chicken, beef or pork (and veggie alternatives). Ideal as an accompaniment to salads, and is wonderful as a side serving with curries (especially if you're looking for something to dip your poppadoms into, or to use something for mopping up your last bit of naaan with).
Try mixing with a little cream cheese and blitzing in a food processor as an ideal speard for bagels and baguettes
