A Bit of a Pickle Sambal Badjak

An authentic Indonesian Sambal Badjak prduced by A Bit of a Pickle 
 
A stunning chilli-based paste which is commonly used in a Chicken Fried Rice or as a condiment. Or just piled onto a pasty like we do! This version is red using mild chillies with a few Scotch Bonnets thrown in to give it a bit of heat. 
 
Please note this product contains Shrimp paste and is not Vegetarian or Vegan friendly. Our friends at A Bit of a Pickle make a veggie friendly version though, which we're hoping to stock soon
